Speak Confidently, Present Competently

Why the Tuxedo

In this video I explain why I like my Tuxedo.  I do take it off…sometimes.  🙂

One of our viewers asked me: Why do I wear the tuxedo, or dinner suit, as
English people would say?
It’s just aligned with how I like to speak in public. Most of my earlier public speaking activity took place in an evening and in a slightly more formal environment, for example, at a dinner.
I personally love this kind of formal attire, dining out, and speaking at dinner parties; that’s great fun.
I like to wear a tuxedo when I speak, and I enjoy wearing it.
When I decided to make this website, I decided to have the suit and something that represents my personal view and experience of public speaking.
Of course, you don’t have to wear this. Speaking in public is not
about wearing a tuxedo.
Probably in most cases, you don’t need to wear a tuxedo. However, for me, it’s fun. I wear it because I like it, I feel comfortable in it, and I think it’s a fun thing to do.
You will find what suits you, and that will be perfectly good enough!
